Most advice under pressure starts with what to do next. My work starts earlier—at the moment when something real has to be faced, before urgency, fear, or someone else’s certainty makes the decision for you.
I help people remain present with what is true long enough to recognize their options and choose with discernment, rather than simply choosing what makes the pressure stop.
